Consumer friendly description language solution that deciphers and replaces complex medical terms and cryptic technical jargon with simplified descriptions of medical services, treatments, procedures and diagnoses (for example, heart attack replaces myocardial infarction) for the ICD-10-CM/PCS code sets.
